The Eastbourne Animal Center is owned and operated by Monroe County Friends of Animals. The staff consists of an Executive Director, an Animal Care Manager,  an Animal Care Supervisor, three part-time Animal Care Specialists, plus several part-time Administrative personnel employees. The center is supported by volunteers of the Monroe County Friends of Animals, a non-profit organization.
