How to get your FREE spay/neuter vouchers for cats and dogs

How Does it work?
Call one of our hotline numbers during the next call window. If the line is busy, try the next number. Keep trying until & hopefully you will get through. DO NOT leave voicemail or text, as these are not monitored. Please DO NOT call the vets or Eastbourne Animal Center as they do not have the vouchers. Please no calls BEFORE or AFTER the scheduled window.
Qualifications
Vouchers are limited to pet owners
with a maximum household income of:
- $35,000/yr - Household of 1
- $45,000/yr - Household of 2 or more
OR
who participate in Food Stamps, are Disabled,
Handicapped, or a Medicaid recipient.
Remember
All animals older than 3 months are required by law to be Rabies vaccinated. Rabies vaccine cost is not covered by the voucher.
