SNAP Spay/Neuter Vouchers

Provided by Monroe County Friends of Animals (SNAP) with funds provided by Monroe Country, Athletes for Animals, & several very generous donors! 

• Please call one of our hotline numbers on the day of the scheduled voucher session . If the line is busy, try the next number. 
• Keep trying until & hopefully you will get through. DO NOT leave voicemail or text, as these are not monitored. 
• Please DO NOT call your vet or the Eastbourne Animal Center as they do not have the voucher information. 
• Please NO calls BEFORE the scheduled start of 10AM or AFTER the scheduled end.
• Phones will be turned off when the session is over OR when we have run out of vouchers to issue for this session. 

Vouchers are limited to pet owners residing in Monroe County, TN

with a maximum household income below $45,000.

                                                               OR

If you participate in Food Stamps, Medicaid programs, are Disabled/ 

Handicapped, you are also eligible.

ALL animals older than 3 months are required by law to be rabies vaccinated. Rabies vaccine cost is not covered by the voucher. This will be at your expense and is not covered by the voucher.
