Low-Cost Veterinary Clinic Services
Monroe County Friends of Animals is proud to offer low-cost veterinary services to support pets and their families in Monroe County and surrounding areas. Our on-site veterinary clinic is now open and accepting appointments. If you’re unsure which service your pet needs, our team can help guide you.
Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday | 2:00–5:00 PM
Appointments are available during clinic hours, and select services are also offered as walk-ins (see below).
Services We Offer
Our veterinary clinic provides a range of medical and surgical services, including:
- Wellness exams
- Vaccinations
- Fecal testing
- Heartworm testing and treatment
- Ear hematomas
- Amputations/Enucleations
- Microchipping
We also offer low-cost heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives when appropriate.
Walk-in vaccines are available during clinic hours only (2:00–5:00 PM) and are intended for:
- Animals that do not require a wellness exam
- Clients with an established history with the clinic
- Vaccines that do not require a veterinarian exam
Some vaccines require a wellness exam. If an exam is required, an appointment must be scheduled.

Spay & Neuter Services
We offer spay and neuter surgeries by appointment.
- Morning drop-off required
- Afternoon pick-up the same day
Detailed pre-surgery instructions will be provided after scheduling. It is important that all instructions are followed to avoid delays or rescheduling.
